UW17 HMS is a holder designed for training on the upper and lower pulleys. It is mainly used to exercise the broadest muscles of the back, and if properly positioned, also to exercise the abdominal muscles. The inner handles allow you to train your biceps and triceps.

The shape of the handle allows a greater range of motion than a straight or narrow handle. It enables stronger muscle tension, resulting in more effective training.
