UW17 HMS is a holder designed for training on the upper and lower pulleys. It is mainly used to exercise the broadest muscles of the back, and if properly positioned, also to exercise the abdominal muscles. The inner handles allow you to train your biceps and triceps.
The shape of the handle allows a greater range of motion than a straight or narrow handle. It enables stronger muscle tension, which results in more effective training. Its structure guarantees the perfect positioning of the hands and forces the correct movement. The wide span of the handles allows you to perform the exercise at a different angle than with a narrow grip. This gives the possibility of effective training and full development of the muscle group. Made of steel makes it possible to train with a significant load.
Outer handles are positioned in a neutral grip. Thanks to this, during the exercise, it engages alternative muscle attachments compared to exercises on a straight grip. The rubberized handles allow for a firm and comfortable grip, which will allow you to focus on precise exercises.
