The pocket-sized MSR TrailShot Microfilter is ideal for all trail runners, mountain bikers, and hikers who need to keep their gear as small as possible and rely on quick, easy access to drinking water. The compact filter stands out for its incredibly simple operation and easy maintenance. To filter water, you simply hold the hose in the (dirty) water and squeeze the filter to pump. Clean drinking water is then delivered directly to your mouth, bottle, or hydration bladder. To clean it, just shake the filter briefly and pump, pack it away, and you're good to go. The TrailShot Microfilter uses advanced hollow fiber technology to eliminate bacteria, protozoa, and particulates. It has a flow rate of one liter per minute and can filter up to 2,000 liters of water in total.
