As you have a quick-release lever, this is almost certainly not the case for you, you probably have derailleur gears. These axles work completely differently and have different nuts. So this part does not fit. However, Thule also has an adapter for your problem. There is a document from Thule called "Adapters to fit your Thule Child Carrier to your Bicycle", the 2nd part of the document is in German. It recommends the product "Thule spacer" for your problem, at Galaxus it has the article number 7180376, but the reviews are quite mixed, especially because of the price. This spacer would give you 10mm more space. As you write that the stand "almost" touches the clutch, this could be enough. However, more space is not recommended anyway, as the clutch also needs to be stable.
