Your 120kg should not be a problem. I'm currently 107kg and the scooter pulls through without any problems, even on slight inclines (which are almost the coolest to ride because you notice that the thing really has power). It would certainly be able to handle dirt and gravel roads - thanks to 10'' pneumatic tyres and full suspension - but I don't think it would be much fun. Still, it bumps through the whole frame. What would put me off now would be the 10km. I currently ride it 2.5 km to work and that's almost the limit for me. The scooter accelerates really well, but 20kmh is pretty slow... I think I would go crazy at 10km, but everyone is different ;-)

I bought this scooter and have already ridden it 116 km. Excellent product that I highly recommend. For spare parts after the warranty period you can easily find them either at the manufacturer VMAX itself or at the following websites: 1) for spare parts - https://icoolwheel.com/137-pieces-detachees-trottinettes, 2) for accessories - https://superscooterbros.de/. I hope I have answered your questions and removed any hesitation to buy! Personally I am very satisfied with the product, its quality and the very competitive price/quality ratio. Sincerely 🙏

Indeed I had the same problem with the rear brake (the most used one in fact). I think that by adjusting the tension of the cable it can be fixed (not done yet actually). But the most annoying thing is that the battery drains immediately when it's 4C outside in dry weather. This left me stranded after 7km of riding, when I could do 20km without any problem. I was able to recharge the battery but the indicator showed 53.4V whereas at the very beginning it showed 54.6V. This morning it was impossible to switch on and charge the battery. The light on the charger never turns red (sign of charging). I have to return it after just three trips... a bit weak and very disappointed.

This is exactly the model Kassensturz had under the microscope a few weeks ago. Someone had problems because of the warranty, and he probably drove it often in heavy rain. The battery must have failed at some point because of the wetness. I also use it when it rains, but I make sure it's not heavy rain. In any case, it's a top scooter with real steam. I also weigh over 90 kg and it runs just as fast uphill as it does straight ahead. I can recommend the VMAX R25. Weak points are mentioned, such as indicators etc.

Hello lilu72, I find that it is relatively stable on wet ground, light snow is also possible, but I would recommend driving slowly. According to the operating instructions, it is only splashproof, not waterproof, so you should avoid heavy rain. I hope I could help you. With kind regards

No, the VMAX does not have anti-theft protection. However, it comes with a lock that I haven't yet figured out how to use because it's too thick. I then ordered the Abus Combiflex 2503 from Galaxus. It's not the most amazing protection, but it's absolutely enough to keep occasional thieves out. I don't know if and how you can get spare parts, but the company at least has a branch in Switzerland -> https://vmax-escooter.ch

According to a similar question in german and answered by the manufacturer, it has an IP54 rating and is therefore protected from limited dust ingress and water spray from any direction.

Unfortunately, there is no app for this device. Otherwise a very great scooter. Robust, powerful with a long range.
