More difficult than a bike, but yes, it can be done yourself. You can order a tyre (~30.-) or the whole wheel (~60.-) from Galaxus or Amazon for example, but make sure it's compatible and that the necessary tools are supplied. Alternatively, you can go to a nearby trot repair shop, which can also carry out the repair for a small fee. There are plenty of YouTube videos on the subject.
