Thanks to the Wolf Tooth RoadLink derailleur adapter, you can upgrade your road derailleur to accommodate a wider MTB cassette. This is the ideal solution if you want to convert to a 1x setup without much hassle. The RoadLink is perfect for enjoying the straightforward functionality of a single setup—or for achieving lighter gears on your 2x drivetrain during steep climbs, without sacrificing shifting performance or chain wrap. The RoadLink is optimized for use with 10 or 11-speed 11-36T and 11-40T cassettes and Shimano road derailleurs, and it works best when combined with Wolf Tooth's 40-tooth GC cassette extender and DropStop chainrings.

Details:

  • The RoadLink is optimized for 10-speed and 11-speed Shimano road derailleur geometries. It also performs well with 9-speed road groups, all SRAM groups, and Campagnolo derailleurs with cassettes up to 11-36T.
  • It does not support triple cranksets.
  • It does not support direct mount frames.
