You can either have this measured at a specialty store or sit on a piece of cardboard, pull your legs up, and then measure the distance between the indentations made by your sit bones in the cardboard. Depending on whether you shift your weight more forward or backward, you should choose a saddle with a wider or narrower nose. A comfortable padding is also important.
