Good day all Question: Are the spacer rings included? Or how can I make sure that the handlebar is flush? Or am I missing something? I ask because other steerer tube extensions come with spacer rings. Thanks for your help.
It came without rings. In principle, you can remount the old rings from your bike. If you don't have any rings, you need extra rings.
