Question about Silca Secret Chain Blend
I have a new bike, so this is the right time. Do I have to grease the chain and the cassette or is it enough if I just degrease the chain? According to the instructions, I can only find something about the chain

if you assemble the bike yourself and the oily chain never came into contact with the cassette, then don't, otherwise clean the cassette too...
Everything your chain comes into contact with on the bike should at least be oil-free. Only the chain needs to be thoroughly degreased.
Either wax or grease/oil! So degrease everything when you switch to wax.
The grease must be completely removed from the chain and cassette.
Be sure to degrease everything.

I degreased everything including the cassette
with pure petrol.
I degreased the chain in a preserving jar with a lid. (Shake it several times)
