The ABUS Diskus lock is a special form of padlock with special advantages.
The shape of the discus locks effectively prevents the most common methods of overcoming. Thus, the small shackle opening due to the design offers little space for attacks on the shackle. Due to the predominant use of stainless steel, the discus lock finds its field of application especially where security and corrosion protection are required. With the ABUS Diskus 25, trucks, vans, doors, gates, barns, cellars, etc. can be locked. Ideally, an ABUS Diskus hasp should be used so that the shackle of the lock cannot be attacked with pry tools. A reversible key with drill recesses is used to lock the cylinder. The enclosed code card can be used to conveniently make additional keys.
