TPU soles are characterized by the "windscreen-wiper effect": the shoe "wipes" standing water off the ground, thereby increasing anti-slip safety. The transparency of the TPU part of the duo sole is both visually appealing and a testament to quality. The Albatros Comfit AIR footbed provides shock-absorbing elevations in the heel and ball areas, as well as support for the longitudinal arch. This optimizes the natural position of the foot in the shoe and stimulates the muscles while walking. The slip-resistant textile surface is odor-resistant, humidity-absorbing, and washable at 30°C.
