The Li-ion plug-in battery ECP (with electronic cell protection) and LZA (state of charge indicator) delivers battery performance without memory and lazy battery effect. ECP enables electronic monitoring of the cells in the battery. This automatically reduces the output power in the device in the event of overcharging, overheating or deep discharge. The LTA informs the user how much energy is still available by displaying the charge status. The battery also has a low self-discharge rate. After 30 days of inactivity, the battery level is still 96% of the nominal capacity. The battery is only suitable for Professional Series Li-ion devices in the same volt class.
