The TRE SPLIT split punch sheet metal hole system for ST 37 sheets divides the sheet into 3 parts. This prevents the waste piece from being clamped to the pull screw or in the die. Quick and burr-free punching is enabled. Maximum sheet thicknesses: 2 mm with a 9.5 mm pull screw/pull bolt and 3 mm with a 19 mm pull screw/pull bolt. The punches are suitable for manual and hydraulic operation. The special cutting geometry of the TRE SPLIT punch reduces the cutting pressure requirement, thus making manual operation with ball bearing screws easier. This also ensures relief for hydraulic tools. The anti-wear paste protects against wear and seizing.
