With the Balconera Cottage 80 plant container from Lechuza, everyone has the opportunity to beautify their balcony without needing extensive planting skills. It is a complete set consisting of a container, a plant insert with a soil-watering system, and Lechuza planting substrate PON. The container is made of high-quality plastic, UV-resistant, and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. In outdoor use, the bottom screw is removed to allow excess rainwater to drain.

Planting the Container

Planting is particularly easy, as you simply place the soil-watering system in the form of the plant insert into the container. This insert has a separating bottom and a water filling shaft, where you will then place the water level indicator. Next, cover the bottom with the planting substrate PON as drainage and planting soil. After that, you can already plant your plant. Thanks to the sturdy carrying handles, transporting a planted insert is not a problem, and you can decide where to place it.

Soil-Watering System

After the initial growth phase, the water reservoir in the container can be conveniently filled to the maximum through the water filling shaft, allowing the plants to self-supply with the optimal amount of water from now on.

In case of impending bad weather, you can quickly bring your plants to safety without having to completely remove your Balconera.
