The designation AT-N07V3V3-F 5G1.5 includes the final digit "1.5", which as far as I know denotes the conductor cross-section in mm2. A stranded wire should therefore have a cross-section of 1.5 mm2.

I don't know the diameter, isn't that in the technical data? I charge my car with 400V 16 amps with it and it works great.
