Product details

Whether for industry, office, or domestic use, network sockets are essential for structured network cabling. You use the rigid network cable laid in the wall to integrate TVs, PCs, notebooks, NAS servers, or VoIP telephones into the network and connect them to the Internet. The advantages over WLAN are obvious: no radio radiation, maximum security, and above all, no loss of speed—what is fed in on one side also arrives on the other side.

Reliable data transmission for your network. The Renkforce category 6 network socket guarantees fast transmission rates of up to 1,000 Mbps and is thus 10 times faster than category 5. This ensures the necessary speed, especially for data-intensive HD streaming or server applications.

This is how easy installation is. Connecting a network socket is a task that even an amateur electrician can manage. If you proceed step by step, the connection is quick and easy:
1. Strip the LAN installation cable with a knife so that the braided shielding can be pulled back.
2. Do not remove the pairs of wires that belong together in the pair shielding.
3. Push the LAN cable into the clamp of the strain relief and pre-sort the pairs of wires.
4. Remove the insulation and pull out the pairs of wires. Press the wire pairs into the provided plug-in terminal connections with an insertion tool.
5. Cut off excess cable.
6. Fasten the rear cover of the box.
7. Attach the central plate and frame.

Cabling standard according to Permanent Link Class E. The network box is assigned to Class E according to ISO/IEC 11801. This allows voice and data transmission as well as multimedia with frequencies up to 250 MHz, e.g., for ATM 155. Class E allows the use of high-quality, fully shielded network cables. With regard to the connection technology, improved RJ45 plugs and sockets are used.
