Warranty guidelines: For products that are not demonstrably installed (e.g. by presenting the invoice, acceptance protocol, registration document or similar) by partners or trading partners trained and authorised by Webasto, Webasto reserves the right to accept only material replacement or to reject the warranty completely after the complaint has been investigated. Defective installations that affect the function of the products are excluded from the warranty.
