The popular Aqua Color paints are now available in all 88 shades. Model builders no longer have to make compromises and can rely on this acrylic paint system for all their color needs.

The advantages of this paint system: Revell Aqua Color paints come in completely new 18 ml containers that are ideal for use. The paints can be thinned with water. They have a mild odor. The paints are non-flammable and contain virtually no organic solvents. There are 88 different colors available. The paints can be mixed with each other. After 2 to 3 hours, the paint is completely dry. It is possible to repaint over a color after just one hour, which is 6 times faster than with enamel paints. The new colors and the existing enamel colors (14 ml) can be easily painted over each other after the drying time, but they cannot be mixed together.

The paint is also suitable for airbrushing. Note the following: The paint should not be thinned too much. Maximum thinning is 20 to 25% with water. It is optimal to thin the paint with Aqua Color Mix, which also acts as a drying retarder and prevents the paint from drying too quickly in the spray gun. Clean the spray gun immediately with water after use. If the paint has already dried, the spray gun can also be cleaned with Airbrush Clean or Aqua Color Clean.

For brush application: The paints are brushable and feature high opacity. Smooth surfaces after brushing - almost as good as airbrushing. The end result is absolutely comparable to enamel paints. Exceptional results when brushing.
