The oxygen-permeable monthly lenses have been developed using the well-known 3 in 1 colour technology, with one major difference: the colour is inside the lens, which accentuates the eyes more. The coloured lenses are made of the silicone hydrogel material Lotrafilcon B with 33% water content. The oxygen permeability is up to 6 times higher than that of leading coloured lenses. No refitting is necessary for Air Optix Aqua contact lens wearers.
