Does it come with a bag? At this price actually a must

After several days, I received a device with a German plug without an adapter, which is not what I ordered. When I asked the Galaxus hotline, they said tersely and not exactly politely that they would put the adapter in the post, which would probably take forever again. Definitely not a purchase recommendation!

Available at Fust for 399.-. Why a difference of 50.- for an equivalent product. I think that's a shame.
