The attachment for the narrower shaving head goes up to 7mm, down to 1mm in 1mm steps (and then you can still do it without an attachment). The wider shaving head has attachments for 9, 12 and 16mm. It's probably meant for the head hair, but would certainly also work on the beard... :) Greetings

We no longer sell this product, so I doubt we can sell spare parts separately. However, if Philips can't get you the part you need, there is one last solution. You can write us an e-mail summarising the situation and giving us the part number (with a picture) of the part you are looking for and we can then make a request to our supplier. What is the size of the case?

The case is approx. (!) A5 in size, about 7 cm thick and has a removable insert that can hold the device, cable and about 4 of the attachments. So it's not like the case has space for ALL the attachments in a nice orderly way. Ideal for travelling, but you have to limit what you take with you. The many attachments are practical, but also a bit chaotic. You have to store them somewhere. Inconveniently, they come in plastic bags. I threw most of them away, leaving only the delicate attachments in the plastic to protect them. I have removed the liner, now completely, so that everything is in one place. Disorganised, like in a rummage box, but taken care of. I have to say that there would have been "room" for improvement to solve the whole thing more elegantly, but then it would have been more expensive.

My husband bought this product. It is waterproof, but not waterproof. He would not use it in the shower.
