I ordered this EASTPACK TRANSVERZ case more than two months ago from GALAXUS, and it still hasn't been delivered, even though it's available on the site. Despite my numerous complaints, GALAXUS refuses to deliver it to me because the price has increased since then... I find this absolutely deplorable, even though I am (I was) a good customer. What do you think about this?
