Tes responsabilités

• First point of contact for all IT hardware incidents on the logistics floor
• Share knowledge and procedures with logistics employees during troubleshooting, so recurring issues can be solved independently
• Resolve incidents directly on-site or guide staff to the correct escalation path
• Act as on-site liaison for external IT partners during Pickett/Blocker emergencies
• Procure IT hardware for new and existing workstations Set up workstations including physical cabling and network connection
• Replace defective hardware
• Collaborate with 2nd Level Support (System Engineers / ICT): escalate, implement, and validate proposed solution

Tes compétences

• Basic understanding of IT hardware, networks, and IT systems in a logistics environment
• Practical experience with endpoint devices: scanners, label printers, handheld terminals, industrial hardware
• Ability to perform diagnostics, resets, cabling, and simple configurations
• Comfortable learning new tools quickly — formal deep expertise is less important than curiosity and adaptability
• A background or education in IT (e.g., Fachinformatiker/in) is an advantage, but not mandatory
• You build trust through consistent and reliable actions
• You use creativity and initiative to solve problems and achieve goals
