Good evening. I bought the H14 PRO in December 2024. For a few days now, the motor has been running intermittently. The vacuum cleaner, on the other hand, continues to work fine. I've cleaned the hose with the broom provided, I've cleaned the dust filter, I've reset it, I've disconnected it from the app, but the defect continues. In addition, when I put the machine on the charging base, the charging starts but after a few seconds the display switches off and the battery doesn't recharge. Is there anything I can do or do I have to contact service ? Thank you

Hello everyone! Has anyone ever had any experience with the company SG Elektronik AG in St. Gallen (evisto.ch)? Digitec/Galaxus occasionally sells products on behalf of this company at quite attractive prices. Given the low prices, I wonder which lorry these products have fallen off. The website doesn't really make a good impression. I could be wrong of course, but trust is good, control is better. I'd be interested to hear what you think of the shop! Merci and regards

Hello Forum I purchased a regular Windows 11 licence from you. The product key was covered with a scratch-off layer on the packaging. When I uncovered it, this layer unfortunately bonded so strongly with the print that the key became unreadable or damaged. After my enquiry with Digitec Support, I only received the advice to carefully remove the key. As this is no longer possible and you apparently do not provide replacement keys yourself, I am now without a usable licence - even though I purchased the software regularly. Does anyone have any idea how I can still get my valid licence key? Is it possible to obtain a replacement key using the proof of purchase or the serial number on the packaging? Hello everyone, I am currently using the Arlo system with 5 Arlo Ultra 2 cameras. For various reasons (e.g. rising subscription costs, reliability, app problems) I would like to replace it. Which system would you recommend to me, perhaps from your own experience? A similar range of functions would be desirable, but without the plan costs. For example, a good, reliable app for control, live notifications on the mobile, setting up activity zones (activate/deactivate certain areas, switch off unnecessary alarms (animals, people, vehicles, etc.), live image, save videos locally for unlimited access, etc.). Of course, it must be suitable for outdoor use and ideally even have a solar charging option as not all of them are easily accessible for battery replacement. You ask a question to customer service and after a relatively short time you get a very polite answer from a customer advisor. If you want to reply to the answer by e-mail, perhaps to find out more details, you get a generated reply asking you to use the Digitec assistant and the whole procedure starts all over again.Sorry, but what kind of stupid system is this if you can't reply directly to the customer advisor by e-mail.I've never experienced anything like it anywhere else.
