Question (Wednesday) when will I receive the parcel? Answer, probably not today, maybe tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. My comment, I will be absent from Friday. Answer, yes in that case delivery on Monday. Sorry, that's just sh.... If I don't receive the parcel today, I will refuse to accept it and Digitec can then negotiate with Planzer itself. As a customer, I feel absolutely ripped off.

You ask a question to customer service and after a relatively short time you get a very polite answer from a customer advisor. If you want to reply to the answer by e-mail, perhaps to find out more details, you get a generated reply asking you to use the Digitec assistant and the whole procedure starts all over again.Sorry, but what kind of stupid system is this if you can't reply directly to the customer advisor by e-mail.I've never experienced anything like it anywhere else.
