Intel NUC 11 Extreme Beast Canyon: is this still a small-form-factor PC?

Intel’s NUC mini PCs are one thing above all: small. Not so the latest addition, the NUC 11 Extreme Beast Canyon. It’s as big as a shoe box. Is it still worthy of the name NUC?

They’re small and inconspicuous. Most of the time, no one needs them and they live lonely lives in boardrooms. At least that’s the case at Digitec Galaxus. I’m talking about NUCs. The acronym stands for «Next Unit of Computing» and refers to Intel’s series of small-form-factor PCs.

With the intimidating addition of «Extreme Beast Canyon», the NUC is going from guardian of the boardroom to not-so-small PC with gaming ambitions. I’ll show you why the «Beast» still passes as a NUC in the hands-on video.

Unfortunately, the NUC 11 Extreme Beast Canyon is currently unavailable in Europe because of the semiconductor crisis. That's why there’s no full review.
