As far as I understand, when you buy the iPhone 12 mini, you only get a voucher to get the Digitec Connect subscription cheaper. So I don't think you will be forced to do anything and can therefore use your existing subscription.
With us, nano-SIM and e-SIM. Only when buying in China, Hong Kong and Macau, effectively use two nano.

No, you can't. You can only physically insert one SIM into the tray. An eSIM is an electronic, and therefore non-physical, SIM that can be activated. The component is already built into the circuit board of the iPhone.

Where did you find it? I assume you refer to the "used" model... In german it says: "Der Artikel weist sichtbare Kratzer auf dem Display und auf der Rückseite auf. Folgendes fehlt im Lieferumfang: Die Bedienungsanleitung." This means: "The product shows visible scratches on the display and on the back. It is missing the operation manual" :)
