For which length? Otherwise try a Cat6 instead of a Cat6A cable.
The XG-U2008 does not support link aggregation via the LACP protocol ...
The two 10GBit RJ45 connectors are on the back, on the outer right as seen from the front, in a row of the eight 1GBit RJ45 LAN sockets. The power connection is on the far left as seen from the front, also on the rear.
