I was wondering the same thing... First show that it will be delivered directly so that everyone orders it and then it is shown as unknown. Extremely annoying and disappointing. Unfortunately, this is not the first time that something like this has been displayed.
Just order directly from DJI, done on Sunday and the baby will arrive tomorrow:

Yes, we ordered two from DJI and received them 4 working days later.
The Fly More package was even sent on Saturday and arrived on Monday (!).

Laws in Switzerland: uavcoach.com/drone-laws-in-switzerland/
More specifically, this part :
In the line of sight, the pilot may use FPV goggles or similar tools, provided that a second visual observer monitors the flight and, if necessary, can intervene at any time to control the aircraft.
So if you are using the drone with FPV goggles (the goggles that are included in this article),
Yes, drones have already been delivered by Digitec. The product is also already being diligently evaluated by customers. However, a lot of orders are still open and will be delivered gradually as soon as Digitec receives new goods. Deliveries will be made in the order in which the orders were received. How long this will take is still up in the air. Since DJI had to limit the order quantity per customer
The drone weighs 795g and therefore falls into the category A1 <900g. This means that registration as a pilot, as well as online training and testing, is mandatory. But note that at the moment the old laws still apply, as the resources are still missing for the new law to come into force.
All information about the new law can be found here: www.bazl.admin.ch/dam/bazl/de/dokumente/Gut_zu_wissen/Drohne...
Availability does indeed play a topic, but the current market price also has an automated influence on the sales price.
