Is the screen surface on this laptop actually anti-reflective ?

actually, yes. i have a dark photo as my screen background. and there it reflects very very slightly. but totally negligible. you have to look really well. apart from that, this laptop is the best thing i have ever bought.

Unfortunately, the RAM is not expandable, according to customer service. 16 GB is the maximum LG customer service didn't give me any information about the SSD, only that they don't know. They don't even know if you can replace the SSD. I think the laptop is great. It's just that it's not upgradeable and will therefore become obsolete relatively quickly. That's a shame, otherwise it would be a no-brainer! My old Toshiba could be upgraded in terms of RAM and SSD (I was able to double both), I've been using it for 12 years! But now I want a new one. This beautiful LG Gram will definitely not last 12 years, because in 5 - 10 years 16 GB won't be enough.

- Does it have a second, free RAM slot? - The 16 GB RAM that is already installed: Are they in a slot or soldered to the motherboard? - Is the display glossy (as LG describes it) or anti-reflective (as Digitec specs describe it)? - Does it have a second, free SSD slot? Neither Digitec, nor LG customer service in Germany or USA have the information about the model here. The USA customer service knew much more overall than the one in Germany, but they said that it all depends on the model: some you can upgrade to 64 GB RAM, others not at all. Each model has different slots or even a different motherboard. Therefore, as a last hope, I turn to the buyers who bought the product and now have insight into the inner workings.
