Have also tried to connect mine with Apple HomeKit. But so far the wireless version is not supported. But I hope Logitech will move forward!

Yes, you can buy a USB cable and wire them up. Tape off certain contacts and install as a wired model. I found a video like this on Google. Yes, live picture is a joke.... Wait... Then it runs for a few minutes... And back to sleep mode.... Sold all mine...

Yes, with battery. But for the window mount, the battery has to go and the USB cable has to go.

It can be used with iOS and Android via apps or on a PC via a browser, compatible with Firefox, Chrome, Safari and Edge. Microphone and loudspeaker included with the camera but others cannot be connected. Accessories that can be used are spare batteries or mounts to attach it to windows or walls.

I installed this camera 2 days ago and will try to answer the questions: The battery is permanently installed and the camera is charged by means of the cable supplied. As far as I know (at least I didn't notice) there is no LAN port on this wireless version, a network cable was NOT supplied in any case. Yes, the recordings are stored for 24h for free, but only the "motion videos". There is no permanent recording, it only reacts to movements. I was a bit sceptical about this at first, but in practice it makes perfect sense. The moments when nothing happens are simply boring and it would require a lot of storage capacity. I appreciate the "daily summary" function, where all the movements of the day are played back chronologically. According to the description, the camera also recognises pets.

Yes, the battery is included. On average, the battery lasts a good month. (Depending on the frequency of access or events that switch the camera out of standby mode). Unfortunately, the streams are only saved in Logitech's own application and only if a paid subscription is purchased from Logitech. This fact, that the camera is practically useless without this subscription, is very regrettable. An annual subscription costs about CHF 100. From a purely technical point of view, the camera is fine. It automatically records movements and reports them to the mobile phone via the app. The night vision is not bad for a camera in this price range, but recognising faces in the dark is almost impossible. Another advantage is the very quick installation. You don't need any specialist knowledge and it takes no more than 10 minutes. I hope I could help you...

I don't think you can use your own cloud. The Circle app works with the Logitech Cloud. Photos and videos can be downloaded and stored on your own devices (PC, tablet, etc.) for 24 hours without a subscription.

Hello, Here is the answer from Logitech: As far as HomeKit integration is concerned, only the wired camera is compatible. If you want to use the wireless camera with HomeKit you need the window accessory or the socket holder. I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not, but I'm sure it's a good idea.

I cannot judge battery life as the camera has never been used over this time. However, it still takes over half a minute to wake up from energy-saving mode and stream. But what bothers me more personally is that the software does not support manual picture settings. Even the switch between night mode and day mode is only automatic. It is also not possible to use the camera stream in any other way (no API access to the cloud).

No, this is not possible on the Logitech unless you have a Logitech cloud subscription. The Netatmo Presence camera does it very well, free of charge and you can store the videos on Dropbox in addition to the integrated sim card.

Hello Apple-K, the camera records events (videos) using cloud storage. You can download any event to your mobile phone. Depending on the subscription (Free, Safe, Basic, Premium), the availability of the events changes from 24h to 31 days. Happy Holidays & Greetings Salchrig

Basicly it is an IP-Cam, but it can only be used with the Logitech App and Logitech Cloud.
