Questions about GeForce RTX 2080 Ti GAMING X TRIO

Important note: The board has one 6-pin and two 8-pin PCI-E power sockets. Apparently the card does NOT start if only the two 8-pin sockets are supplied with power! (Although the RGB lights shine nicely, the mainboard does not recognise any card in the slot!) I have now connected power to all 3 sockets and now it starts correctly and everything runs like clockwork. As far as I have seen, this is not mentioned in any of the manuals supplied and I tried around for quite a long time until I found the error by chance.

Guys please if its been USED IT SHOULD NOT BE PRACTICALLY NEW PRICED. ONCE ITS USED MEANING OUT OF PACAGE AND INTO A MACHINE FOR 1 SECOND ITS SECOND HAND 2080TIs go SECOND HAND for 600 to 700. NOT 1200 SFR :))

Which power supply would bring enough cable to run all 3 ports (2x 8 pin 1x 6 pin), and possibly also in Nvlink, so double that.

According to Digitec, yes, because in the HAF X Bigtower the length is in the specifications:
Max. Length graphics card i 342 mm
And the length of the graphics card is also stated:
Length 32.70 cm
Why the dimensions of the card are given in cm and those of the enclosure in mm is also a mystery to me, but you should be able to do this conversion in your sleep...

What will happen to the price when the 30xx are in the range? Nvidia 3070 is better than 2080Ti only for 499 dollars. I am curious how and who will give 1200 Fr. for a 2080ti.

Despite the fact that according to many tests this is supposed to be one of the strongest RTX2080Ti graphics cards. I somehow don't notice that big of a difference compared to my old GTX 1070 graphics card. Either I'm doing something wrong, a driver is missing or it's really just not that big of a difference. I thought when I bought it that I would now be able to record BeatSaber Extreme titles smoothly with OBS. But unfortunately that is not the case. Does anyone have any advice for me?

Good day,
Recording has only a secondary connection to the graphics card. The processor is important for recording (or streaming). If it "stutters", the multicore performance of your processor may not be sufficient.
Unless you use the option to stream from the RTX in OBS, then it runs via the graphics card instead of the CPU.
