The somewhat clunky Galaxy A35 5G otherwise offers a really good package. Xiaomi fans should rather look at the next price range.

The Galaxy A35 looks much more stylish than its predecessor. The face-lift was also overdue. Technically, however, not much has changed compared to the A34. That's why we can only recommend the A35 to a limited extent. After all, the A35 faces strong competition at sometimes lower prices - such as the Nothing Phone (2a).

If you want an affordable Samsung with good technology, you should go for the Galaxy A55 - there hasn't been a better and more stylish A model to date. However, the slightly cheaper A35 is hardly any worse. And if you're patient when it comes to working speed, the A15 is a new Samsung with an OLED display and 5G for less than 150 euros - but with a slower processor.

Making phone calls, sending messages, surfing the internet - for most people, everyday life without a smartphone is almost unthinkable.
