Are all Mavic3 drones purchased from Digitec already C1 certified?
Unfortunately, if you are in Switzerland with the drone, you can't even order the C1 label at the moment. Other users in the EU have already received it. The option for this is not available in the Fly app. Enquiries via support and the forum have so far been of no use, or I was put off "you can fly in the A2 category", which is true, but also restricts flying more. Hopefully they will fix this soon.
No, only CE. How should manufacturers know what regulations the EU and then Switzerland will enact? The new regulations will apply from 1.1.2023. There is a transitional provision for 2023. And by the way: the whole thing should not be seen so narrowly. The sole responsibility for the mission and any incidents always remains with the pilot, whether with or without C12345!
