Can I use this adapter for my Huawei P20 Pro? Is there another adapter that I can connect to my phone?

I can't say whether it works. It didn't work on a Blackberry with Android. You would have had to root the device according to instructions on the internet. We did not dare to do this (security, warranty, etc.).
