Question about OfficeJet Pro 8720 - 189598

Unfortunately, I can only answer your question in relation to the previous model. We have the 8620 and the printer displays a message on the screen that it cannot print in colour because a cartridge is empty. I can then confirm that I only want to print b/w and it will stop printing. It's a bit awkward because I have to do this for every job. As far as I know, the message also appears when I say in

the settings that I want to print in black and white.
