Hello, because my old splitter spits, I have ordered this new one. The TV is recognised but the beamer is not. The cable to the beamer is 8m long, is that too long for the splitter? Which splitter can you recommend? I need 1xIn and 2xOut.

The splitter itself works for me without any problems, and I have a beamer and 2 TVs connected to it. One of them has over 20m of cable.
Don't save on the cable, use the PureLink. I have had the best experience with them
