Hello everyone, I have the problem with this docking station that the screens do not go black as soon as I connect the station to the power with USB-C? If I take the power out again, the monitors come back. However, it does not charge the laptop during this time either.... Can anyone give me some input as to where the fault lies? Thanks
Unfortunately, this is not an error, but is also stated in the description. As soon as two external monitors are connected, the power adapter must be connected separately to the laptop.
