I think that is the case. You can do the exact comparison of the technical data yourself (and have probably already done so). As I did myself a year ago and finally bought the device at Digitec because of the significantly lower price.
If this monitor made it onto your list of possible devices, I don't have to "sing its praises" to you either. The quality is outstanding, just EIZO.
The price is also very high (just EIZO). But the difference to the other devices was worth every franc for me.

I personally, after 1 day, returned the device (unfortunately very poor quality, especially colours and darker on the sides).
