I am slightly confused by the return policy for this product... if the product is not faulty in any way and it is inits original packaging etc. how many days do you have to return this to Galaxus?

Dead on arrival (DOA) : 14 Days - Bring-in
Warranty : 24 months - Bring-in
Out-of-warranty repairs : Available for a fee.
