Since OnePlus is not officially distributed in Switzerland apart from Digitec, could this cause problems if, for example, the screen needs to be replaced? Thank you very much.
When the screen of my Oneplus 3 broke, I took the phone to Digitec and they took care of the rest. In the end, I was even lucky and Oneplus covered the repair costs, as it was only 3 weeks old.
Repairs are no longer available for OnePlus users in Switzerland. The EU service centre continues to refuse all requests from Switzerland and we at iPhoneUster will no longer receive original spare parts from OnePlus, according to the latest information. So no more service either. The last OnePlus 7T spare part ran out today, the eighth series was never delivered at all.
Unfortunately, it looks like you just have to be very careful.

Hello, Please note that Digitec does not repair phones itself. It is for my Honor phone, under warranty the company Sertronics. I'm not sure how long it will take them to repair my phone, but I'm sure it will take them at least 5 weeks to do so. This is very far from the quality of service offered by other brands.
