There are now many reports about display problems with individual Oneplus 8 devices. Does anyone here have experience with how digitec handles complaints about a device?
Everything is OK with me too. Top device! I can only recommend it. As far as the warranty or the defect is concerned, you can find the description under the unit itself.
It says:
Defect on receipt (DOA)
14 days bring-in
This means you can return it within the 14 days and have it exchanged if something is wrong.
I think this may have been the first production series, which may never even have made it to Switzerland.
No problems so far. Very satisfied with the phone. So I don't know how digitec does it. I pre-ordered it and was one of the first to receive it (who ordered from digitec). Everything OK with the device
