Today I wanted to switch on my HP printer (Office Pro Jet 8710) and copy. However, the following information appeared on the touch display: B89FAE8. Underneath is the on-off sign. When I switch it off and on again, nothing happens. No matter how often I repeat this. Can someone please help me?
