USB-C stick without generating a lot of heat I would like to connect a USB-C stick to my multimedia system in my car. I often read in the articles that USB sticks get (very) hot quickly. What material should the stick be made of so that the heat development is not too high, possibly the size of the stick also plays a role? Thank you for your advice.

Normally, a USB stick should not become hot when used purely for multimedia purposes.
USB sticks heat up more quickly at high data rates, but this is kept within reasonable limits.
