What is a comparable product? My WD Home Duo Cloud is gone.....since a switch from WD, my Apple could no longer access it...after months of back and forth with support, I was now able to copy my data to an SD hard drive. I am now so unnerved by the support and the device itself...that I now want to buy an alternative. Especially as I can't get the old one to work anymore. Who can recommend me something good, also with access from the mobile and automatic data backup, and apple compatible? Thank you!
