The models mentioned do not have any technical differences. Only the annual energy consumption has been optimised from the original 88 kWh (LC27G74TQSUXZG) to 47 kWh (LC27G75TQSRXEN).

As far as I know, they are exactly the same monitors. I can't explain the price difference either.
