Question about G5 Universal Dock - 664785
When I connect my relatively new Dell 27" to the docking station via HDMI or DP alone, the full resolution is displayed. As soon as I also connect my old AOC (24" only has HDMI) via HDMI, the resolution on the Dell is reduced. What could be the reason for this and what can I do about it?
On some HP computers, the USB port is not enabled for full power to the docking stations. Must then be switched in the bios....
- Right mouse button on the desktop: Display settings
- Related settings: Advanced display
- At the top at "Select screen....."
You can then adjust the settings for each monitor individually
For me it works like this
To find out, we need a little more information :) Product name / number of:
- Dell screen
- AOC screen
- Laptop / PC / Mac
I am afraid that your graphics card does not support two screens with the "full resolution".
