Self-soothing means that a child wakes up and falls back to sleep without help from a parent or carer. As soon as your baby shows signs of rolling over, you should stop swaddling and switch them to the Swaddle Up transitional sleeping bag to sleep without swaddled arms.

Washing instructions:

• Wash before first use
• Close the zip before washing
• Wash in a laundry bag on a warm, gentle machine wash cycle with similar colours
• Pull into shape after washing
• Tumble dry at a low temperature
• Iron warm if necessary
• Do not soak, bleach or dry clean the garment or zip.
