Solvent-free two-component adhesive based on epoxy resin for high loads. The processing time is up to 90 minutes. Curing time and final strength are temperature dependent. It becomes solid after 12 hours at room temperature. The adhesive bond is impact resistant, aging resistant, and moisture resistant. It is also available in a user-friendly double-chamber syringe for easy dispensing of the two components in the correct mixing ratio.

Materials: Bonds metals, glass, porcelain, ceramics, wood, marble, stone, concrete, thermosetting plastics, glass fiber reinforced plastics, rigid PVC, rubber, and rigid foam plastics, such as Styrofoam. Not suitable for bonding large glass surfaces, polyethylene, or polypropylene.

Processing/instructions for use: Adhesive surfaces must be dry and free of dust and grease. Roughen smooth surfaces. Mix binder and hardener in a ratio of 1:1 (strands of equal length). Apply adhesive on one side, or on both sides in the case of rough materials. Join parts in a snug fit without pressing. Working time (pot life): approximately 90 minutes. Curing time and final strength depend on temperature, solid at room temperature after approximately 12 to 24 hours.
