Hello everyone I am looking for an electric drum grater that is also suitable for making breadcrumbs. The process would be as follows: Cut the bread into cubes, leave them to dry in the oven and then grind them in the grater. The crumbs should be somewhat coarser - about the size of "Brösmeli" or crumbs, i.e. coarser than standard breadcrumbs. Does anyone have experience with such appliances and can recommend the required motor power? Many thanks for your help!

Are there still any water bubblers available on the market that will take the 130 litre CO2 bottles? So far, the Maxi, Jet and Play have certainly been compatible with them. The small bottles are just a money-spinner.

I am looking for an affordable (max 300.--) household dehydrator for pollen. Pretty much all the suppliers I have looked at have sieves that are too big and not enough accessories on sale. Who knows what to do?

Hello everyone I bought the de buyer Mineral B frying pan. I have heard that it is not suitable for tomatoes (because of the acidity) or dairy products, for example. Now I wanted to ask the Community which pans would be good all-rounders for tomatoes or other sauces such as Bolognese or cream sauces, as you usually fry the meat in them and then stir in the sauce.
